Integrated into the firm’s international network, our team advises clients across multiple jurisdictions on high-profile national and cross-border deals.The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Associate to join our growing corporate team in Athens. The successful candidate will be involved in complex transactions and play a key role in client relationship management, legal strategy, and deal execution. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer with a strong background in corporate law and specific sector experience in real estate and hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a broad range of corporate/M&A transactions involving national and multinational corporates, private equity funds, and institutional investors. Provide expert legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and related matters, particularly within the real estate and hospitality sectors. Oversee legal due diligence processes and risk assessments for corporate transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documentation, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance materials. Collaborate with colleagues across our international offices and manage cross-border legal teams and projects. Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional structuring issues. Supervise and mentor junior associates and contribute to business development efforts within the practice. Key Skills And ExperienceGreek law qualified (qualification in England & Wales would be an asset). 8+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on M&A. Proven sector experience in real estate and hospitality transactions is essential. Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong commercial awareness and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent in both written and spoken Greek and English.
