Corporate Services Systems Engineer The Role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Services Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering team. This role is responsible for the management, implementation, and support of various cloud systems and services across the company.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud technologies, system security, and enterprise-level IT operations, with a proven ability to provide Level 2 & 3 troubleshooting and guidance.The main responsibilities of the position include:Manage and administer various IT cloud systems, including implementation and advanced troubleshooting (L2 & L3)Deploy and manage patch management solutions for Microsoft and third-party software, providing regular reports and handling emergency patching proceduresOversee Microsoft Azure services and other cloud providers (PaaS and SaaS solutions, subscriptions, and services)Manage Intune MDM for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpointsAdminister Azure Active Directory, including Premium AD features, Identity Protection, Group Management, and Conditional AccessOversee Office 365 enterprise products (SharePoint, Teams, Compliance, and Security tools)Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across enterprise applicationsMaintain the Enterprise Access Control Matrix to enforce role-based access controlsConduct system audits and health checks for compliance, performance, and securityResearch, implement, and maintain system hardening solutions in collaboration with the Information Security DepartmentParticipate in vulnerability hunting, compliance enforcement, and environment enhancementsLiaise with external partners for smooth operations, project delivery, and service improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support full system lifecycles, including procedures and work instructionsProvide technical mentorship, training, and advisory support for the IT Service Desk teamPerform capacity planning, performance monitoring, incident/problem/change management, and service level trackingResearch and recommend new systems or improvements to meet business needs or improve efficiencyMaintain comprehensive documentation of managed systemsDeliver services and support across any of the Group’s companies as directed by the Line ManagerMain requirements:BSc/MSc in Information Technology or any other relevant degree2-5 years’ experience in a Systems Administration or relevant positionStrong team player, good communications skillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to cope with stress and meet deadlinesAbility to multitask and prioritiseProblem solving and critical thinking skillsSelf-motivated, proactive and efficientDeep understanding of the following:Security Hardening & Patch ManagementCloud Systems Management: AzureMobile Device Management (MDM)Windows & MacOSMicrosoft 365 ProductsScripting SkillsThe following will be considered an advantage:Experience of AI tools and applications will be considered as an advantageExperience with patching third party applications (e.g. ManageEngine, Patch My PC)Experience with security hardening techniques (e.g. CIS Benchmarks, NIST)Benefit from:Attractive remuneration package plus performance related rewardPrivate health insuranceCorporate pension fundIntellectually stimulating work environmentContinuous personal development and international training opportunitiesThe Hiring Experience: What Awaits You Let’s Connect – Intro Chat with Talent AcquisitionDeep Dive – First Interview with Your Future TeamFinal Connection – Final InterviewType of employment: Full timeLocation: Cyprus, Greece or RemotePlease visit our website https://jobs.eu.lever.co/xm/3d2960d2-0735-4293-a645-df20e71787fe?lever-origin=applied&lever-source%5B%5D=Linkedin to submit your online application for this position.All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
