Corporate Solicitor

We are working with a top-tier national law firm who are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate and M&A practice within their Dublin office.The Role:The successful candidate will join a dynamic Corporate team, advising clients on all stages of the company life cycle. The candidate’s role will see them engaging in a range of corporate services including both private and public M&A, capital markets, private equity, and corporate reorganisations.The candidate will advise a diverse range of high-profile clients, including domestic and international corporations, sponsors and lenders, and investment banks, providing a full range of corporate services to the firm’s global client base.
