This includes frequent contact with multiple departments and occasional collaboration with external stakeholders. ROLE: Diagnose major challenges across the business; Lead strategic project planning and execution; Maintain close engagement with C-suite and department leaders; Deliver strategic insights supported by data; Control resources, timing, and financial aspects; Assist in shaping organizational strategic direction. QUALIFICATIONS: Academic background in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred; At least 3 years in project management, strategy, or consultancy; Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking; Ability to manage many tasks under tight deadlines; Demonstrated leadership and independent cross-functional work.
