Be part of a team that values proactive problem solving and continuous improvement.As an Associate in the Corporate Third Party Oversight Operations in the Legal Entity Broker team, you will partner with us to manage and monitor risk assessments for our legal entities. You will work closely with regional and global teams to ensure compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. Together, we will enhance operational efficiency and proactively mitigate risk. You will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and support a collaborative team environment.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor a pipeline of inter-affiliate and third party risk assessments for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsTrack and report on all services associated with the risk assessment lifecycle using reports, tools, and system researchPrepare and present performance metrics to stakeholdersIdentify, understand, and explain risks and issues to business representatives and key stakeholdersUpdate systems and maintain documentation in accordance with policies and proceduresContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiencyProvide guidance and consultation to team members to foster a collaborative oversight modelSupport the development and implementation of effective governance practicesCollaborate with business partners across regions to ensure alignment with regulatory commitmentsMaintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholdersEnsure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasksRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience in financial services or related industriesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProactive approach to problem solving and ownership of issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact independently with business partnersAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamFlexible attitude in managing multiple tasks and adapting to changeStrong organizational and time management skillsSound business judgment and ability to identify and address issues earlyExperience performing root cause analysis to develop long-term solutionsPractical knowledge of automation solutions and workflow tools, such as Alteryx and UiPathCommitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and governancePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience supporting legal entity risk assessment processesFamiliarity with third party governance and oversight modelsAbility to contribute to process improvement initiativesExperience working in a global or regional team environmentKnowledge of regulatory requirements in EuropeAbility to adapt communication style to different audiencesDemonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentAbout UsJ.P.
