Whether modifying aircraft to help protect our service members overseas, performing geographical mapping for scientific research, or working to suppress large wildfires on the West Coast, we serve with integrity and excellence.Job Summary: The Corporate Training & Development Manager is responsible for designing and implementing corporate-wide training initiatives, with a primary focus on leadership and management development programs. This role directly supervises the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator and the Training Coordinator, ensuring effective administration, coordination, and tracking of all corporate training activities. The manager will align all programs with strategic business goals and foster a culture of professional growth. This position reports to the Enterprise Training & Development Director.This position is an on-site role, not eligible for fully remote.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesCorporate Training and Leadership Development Program ManagementDesign and implement a comprehensive leadership development program for current managers and supervisors and emerging leaders, ensuring alignment with senior leader guidanceWork with leadership and company stakeholders to identify and assess non-technical skill gaps, creating development programs that enhance employee leadership capabilities and support company growthFacilitate workshops, sessions, and seminars focused on key management skills and competenciesEvaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs through performance metrics and feedback, recommending and making continuous improvements to content and deliveryCoordinate with other HR teams and company departments to manage the corporate new-hire orientation and onboarding programs, effectively integrating new employees into the company cultureCollaborate with department heads to identify and address corporate training needs by creating or curating training courses, modules, and learning plansAssist the Director in managing the departmental budget for corporate training, selecting and managing external training vendors as neededLMS and Training Coordination ManagementSupervise the LMS Administrator, ensuring the LMS is properly maintained, configured, and optimized for course delivery, record-keeping, and reportingSupervise the Training Coordinator to ensure all logistical aspects of training—including scheduling, materials preparation, and communication—are handled efficientlyEnsure the integrity and accuracy of all training records within the LMS, providing reports to leadership on key training performance metrics (e.g., compliance, completions, and impact)Monitor, review, and approve employee time corrections in a timely mannerOther duties as assignedQualified Candidates Will HaveBachelor’s degree in human resources, education, business administration, or a related field3–7 years of experience in a corporate training role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing leadership development programsExperience using, navigating, and managing courses within an LMSDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of how to apply adult learning principles in instructional design and training methodologies (e-learning, instructor-led, hybrid)Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skillsProficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAbility to work self-directed and closely with a cross functional teamAbility to develop and manage detailed training materialsStrong organizational and computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office programsAbility to be successful in a fast-paced, flexible working environment with tight deadlinesExceptional Candidates Will HaveExperience directly managing an LMS (ideally Docebo) and supervising administrative staffExperience creating eLearning modules with L&D industry software (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.)Advanced degree in education, adult learning, instructional design, or related fieldExperience in a regulated industry, such as aviationPrior experience leading a training and development teamIt is the policy of Dynamic Aviation to prohibit and eliminate discrimination on grounds of race, color, religion, sex, (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
