We empower our leaders at every level to drive business strategy, inspire teams, uphold our values, and foster an inclusive culture.About The RoleAs a Corporate Workspace Solutions Leader, you will make an impact by being responsible for managing and optimizing the physical work environment in Cognizant facilities across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). You will be a valued member of the corporate workspace solutions leadership team and work collaboratively with the management, your team and external vendors.In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Integrated facility management (IFM)- delivery, food and beverage, transport and hospitality (associates and visitors, such as company clients) Associate engagement and user experience Preventative and Corrective maintenance programs Execution of consolidation activities Disaster Recovery Planning and Management Promote Corporate Real Estate goals and initiatives to the internal stakeholders Ensure internal customer satisfaction with the performance of the Workplace Services team Coach business partners on ways to achieve client requirements while remaining consistent to company goals and policies Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead, which means operating with Personal Leadership (building trust, collaboration, and inclusion), Organizational Leadership (driving vision and purpose, demonstrating a strategic and enterprise mindset, and creating and communicating a bold direction that inspires purpose), and Business Leadership (exemplifying client focus, managing ambiguity with accountability and results, and operating with financial acumen)What You Need To Have To Be Considered Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (engineering or science related degree preferred but not mandatory) 10+ years of overall experience in leading facility management teams across multiple geographies. Scope of previous experience to have included Integrated Facility Management contract teams, Real Estate Lease negotiations, Construction Management, and direct Facilities Management.
