You are both an agent of change and a guardian of security:Be a Case Manager: You will manage a personal portfolio, actively supporting men in our care to address their offending behavior and develop goals for rehabilitation and successful reintegration.Mentor and Motivate: Work directly with individuals—including young adults and those with mental health needs—to support their engagement in education, work, and programs.Collaborate: Join an experienced, multidisciplinary team that includes Clinicians, Health Staff, and partners like Forensicare, YMCA, and TAFE.Maintain Safety: Ensure the security of the Centre by supervising daily activities, performing searches, and conducting escorts. Your Path to Certification and Success NO previous experience or qualifications are required. We value your life experience, maturity, and emotional intelligence above all else.
