Learn more jti. comJob PurposeThe Cost Accountant Intern will support the Factory Finance team in recording, reconciling, and documenting financial transactions related to leaf and NTM materials.

The role will also assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis for conversion costs and Capex, while ensuring accurate and timely financial records in line with company policiesKey ResponsibilitiesRecord and post incoming materials, GRNs, and consumption vouchers in Navision for leaf and NTM materials. Prepare usage and wastage reports for raw materials, comparing actual consumption with standards. Maintain and update NTM and leaf purchase records. Support the preparation of monthly conversion cost and Capex reports and analysis. Collaborate with entity finance teams to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions for smooth period closing.

Participate in stock takes, propose improvements for storage handling, and support inventory adjustments. Maintain shelf life databases for NTM materials and assist with provisions and age analysis. Contribute to the preparation of operational and financial forecasts (OLs, LEs, ASPs). Provide support for ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned by the managerRequirementsBA Degree in Accounting or Finance. Fresh graduate (no prior experience required). Strong MS Office skills. Good command of English (written and spoken). Detail-oriented, proactive, strong analytical and organizational skills, eager to learn.
