Cost Analyst

Wyser Search & Selection is the brand of GI Group Holding, an Italy-based human resources group specializing in mid- and senior-level recruitment.We are currently seeking a suitable team member for the position of “Cost Analyst” to be placed in a globally operating manufacturing company for which we provide consultancy services.Job DescriptionEnsure product costs are accurately maintained and updated in the system.Work closely with the manufacturing team to develop and maintain standard costing.Collaborate with the commercial team to analyze and support product profitability.Carry out valuation and reconciliation of production and finished goods inventories.Review and analyze variances related to production processes, material usage, and scrap.Oversee inventory cycle count activities and participate in periodic count audits.Contribute to improvement initiatives across manufacturing and commercial processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment,Upper-intermediate English level (minimum B2),Strong command of Excel,Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, or experience in Big4 is preferred,Detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable, and resilient.GI GROUP AND WYSER TURKEY SEÇME VE YERLEŞTİRME A.Ş.
