Cost Control & Planning Manager (Architecture Firm)

Rapidly Growing Architectural Firm5 Days work weekPrior experience working on Healthcare projects is preferred.Our client, a renowned Architectural firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as an Project Controller (Healthcare).Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement standardized project controls for managing project timelines.Create and maintain a Master Time Programme and detailed schedules to ensure on-time project delivery.Establish resource scheduling linked to the Master Time Programme and detailed schedules.Implement and document resource-specific performance targets and measurement systems.Manage construction schedules with Contractors for accurate progress reporting.Assist project teams in assessing extension of time claims.Lead planning for change management due to design, scope, and schedule changes.Develop recovery plans as needed and defend them when necessary.Create reporting cycles and content for communicating progress and key issues.Collaborate with senior management to ensure project delivery, payment receipts, and profit margins.Attend both internal and external meetings as required.Job RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field with around 10 years of post-graduate construction industry experience, preferably in healthcare projects.Proficiency in relevant software applications such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft ProjectsMake risk-based decisions where the parameters are unclear, and judgement is needed.Fast-track project experience is advantageous.Strong stakeholder management skills.Proficient in conflict resolution and tension management.Other InformationLocation: CentralWorking hours: Monday – Friday, Office HoursSalary: up to S$10,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)Challenging, open, engaging, collaborative and creative environmentThe Company strives to achieve employee satisfaction by providing attractive staff benefits, welfare & training programmes to all staff.How To ApplyIf you are a team player, meticulous & organized, and more importantly, believe that YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE, we would like to hear from you.Submit your application by emailing a detailed copy of your updated Resume in MS Word Format to David Sia Yi Sheng (EA Personnel Reg.
