📊 We’re Hiring | Cost Controller – Citiscape (Riyadh, KSA)Citiscape is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Controller to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring cost efficiency across all operations.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost reports.Track project expenses and forecast financial outcomes.Analyze variances and provide recommendations to maintain cost efficiency.Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams for cost validation.Support management with periodic cost and performance reviews.🎓 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in cost control, preferably in construction or landscaping projects.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.Transferable Iqama (for expatriates preferred).📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🏢 Company: Citiscape 📅 Availability: ImmediateIf you’re passionate about precision, numbers, and project success, we’d love to hear from you!
