Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Controller located in Kalutara. The Cost Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of the hotel's operations. Daily tasks include monitoring and analyzing costs, preparing monthly financial reports, conducting cost audits, and ensuring adherence to budgets. The role will also involve collaborating with department heads to optimize cost control procedures and provide timely financial insights to support decision-making. Qualifications Experience in financial management, cost control, and budgetingProficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and audit processesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with team membersExperience in the hospitality industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
