Company DescriptionAdober Tech Sustainability for construction & Investment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost Estimation and Tendering Engineer – Construction Sector to join our construction and logistics team in Port Sudan. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in preparing cost estimates and tender documentation for international organizations, including UN agencies and NGOs. Familiarity with e-tendering platforms and fluency in English are essential.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and financial proposals for construction and logistics projects.Analyze tender documents and technical specifications from UN agencies, NGOs, and government entities.Conduct regular market research to maintain up-to-date knowledge of local prices for materials, labor, equipment, and logistics.Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and finance teams to ensure cost realism and compliance.Manage tender submissions through platforms such as UNGM, eTenderBox, and other donor portals.Support technical and financial proposal development in both English and Arabic.Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clarification processes.Ensure all submissions meet donor-specific procurement and compliance standards.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost estimation and tendering within the construction sector.Proven experience with UN and NGO tendering procedures and documentation.Strong knowledge of Sudanese market prices and supply chain conditions.Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
