Are you a pragmatic problem-solver with a passion for manufacturing excellence and cost optimization? We're looking for a Cost Improvement Leader to drive impactful change across our manufacturing sites. This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background, solid financial acumen, and hands-on experience in production, quality, or supply chain.Using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate waste, improve cost governance, and deliver year-on-year productivity gains.Key Responsibilities:Cost Reduction & Process OptimizationLead structured initiatives to reduce in-process rejects and scrap.Drive inbuilt quality with engineering and quality teams.Implement activity-based costing and promote cost ownership at the shop floor.Cost Awareness & AccountabilityAnalyze performance deviations and implement corrective actions.Accelerate horizontal deployment of best practices across sites.Lead transformation projects to meet productivity targets.Strategic Planning & GovernanceSupport deployment of functional excellence frameworks.Contribute to STRAP and AOP planning.Facilitate monthly steering and performance reviews.We are looking for you if you have:Engineering degree; MBA in Finance advantage7+ years of experience in manufacturing, with exposure to quality, production, and engineering.Six Sigma Black Belt (Green Belt minimum)Strong leadership and strategic thinking.Financial and cost acumen.Proficiency in SAP Finance and process costing.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Why Join Us?Be part of a global team driving impactful change.Work in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.Opportunity to influence cost strategy and operational excellence across multiple sites.
