Costa Navarino is looking for the next Sales Manager, MICE.
The selected candidate will drive revenue and elevate the hotel's reputation in the MICE segment by leading the sales of corporate groups from international markets. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets and strengthening the hotel's position as a premium venue for memorable events.
ResponsibilitiesBudget Planning & Sales StrategyDevelop the annual strategy for the dedicated markets, including sales activations, revenue targets, and detailed action plansMonitor and analyze segment performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve budget goals and maximize profitabilityBusiness Development ActivitiesImplementation of the action plan Organize and participate in sales initiatives such as FAM trips, site inspections, customer events, trade shows and sales missions to maintain, build or develop key relationshipsAct as the key point of contact on site for trade partners.
Stay informed on trends and market developments and accordingly adjust the action plan Proposal Management Respond to incoming MICE inquiries by preparing tailored proposals, creating blocks in Opera, and following up on progress of the leadsNegotiate the pricing, venues and terms and conditions of the contractPrepare the contracts and ensure accuracy of the blocks in the system. Handover confirmed events, including all relevant details, to the events team for the executionRequirementsA minimum of two years in a hotel sales role within a luxury hotel brand. Experience in MICE segment is necessary.
