With our two market-leading brands, Creative Activation and Clemenger Field Marketing, we offer unparalleled Sales growth for our clients via merchandising, sales teams, brand promoters, store trainers, mystery shopping and auditing.Clemenger Group is an endorsed Work180 employer of choice, recognised for our commitment to helping women thrive by raising workplace standards.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Coty is a global leader within the beauty industry and their unrivalled portfolio includes some of the most coveted brands in the categories of Colour Cosmetics and Skin & Body Care including Covergirl, Max Factor, Rimmel, Sally Hansen and many more.Working in partnership with Coty, Clemenger Field Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Casual Sales Merchandiser covering Bayside Capalaba, Wynnum, Mount Cotton, Victoria point, Carindale and surrounding areas.Offering approximately 5 to 10Hrs across Monday - Friday.In this role you will be responsible for managing a territory of stores and completing a wide range of tasks that provide sales solutions for our client that drives sales through product exposure. This will include ticketing, creating POS displays, ensuring products are displayed neatly in accordance with the provided layout (Planogram) as well as liaising with store staff and negotiating shelf space with store managers.Your responsibilities will include:Creating Point-of-Sale Displays (POS)Implementing PlanogramsTicketing & pricing of stockShelf managementNegotiating shelf spaceData reporting and feedbackTo be successful in this role you will need:Access to a reliable car and a current Australian Drivers Licence. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with storesHigh level of attention to detailComputer/tablet literacy Previous merchandising or retail experience is desirableA reasonable level of physical fitness, able to occasionally lift and carry up to 10kgs and stand for long periods of time.
