Role OverviewInvenio Global are seeking to speak with senior-level Employment Solicitors or Barristers (8–14 PQE) who are technically strong, commercially minded, and motivated to join a thriving team at the forefront of employment, immigration, and regulatory advisory work. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced and respected lawyers in the offshore market, offering a mix of strategic advisory, contentious employment work, client engagement, and managerial leadership.

The successful candidate will play a central role in advising major local and international corporations, high-profile executives, and regulated entities on some of the most sensitive and high-value employment matters in Bermuda. The Employment & Regulatory TeamThe practice operates as a full-service employment law and advisory function, with deep expertise across:

Strategic employment advisory and crisis managementEmployment Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, and Supreme Court litigationEmployment contracts, policies, and internal proceduresIncentive arrangements and stock awardsSensitive workplace investigationsImmigration and regulatory matters including pensions and data/privacy lawCross-border instructions from clients in North America, Europe, and AsiaKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Lawyer within the Dispute Resolution & Employment Team, your responsibilities will include:

Acting as lead contact and technical advisor on complex employment law mattersProviding high-level, commercially sound advice to major local and international clientsDrafting and negotiating employment contracts, workplace policies, and regulatory documentationConducting and advising on internal investigations and workplace disputesRepresenting clients in Employment Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, and Supreme Court proceedingsManaging and mentoring junior associates, fostering growth and supporting performance developmentParticipating in business development and profile-raising initiatives (e. g.

conferences, seminars, client training)Supporting knowledge management and know-how within the team on employment and immigration mattersCandidate ProfileWe are looking for a high-calibre lawyer who can hit the ground running and contribute to both the technical and cultural excellence of the team: Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 8–14 years PQE in employment law (Bermuda or Commonwealth jurisdiction is a perquisite)Strong non-contentious and contentious employment experienceExcellent advocacy skills or clear interest in developing them furtherAcademically strong – minimum of a 2:
