Professional Visa Consultants is looking for CounselorJob Description / ResponsibilityDigital Engagement & Content Outreach (Farming):Targeted Communication: Execute outbound, personalized messaging campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and proprietary CRM tools to re-engage warm client leads and dormant contacts.Content Utilization: Strategically share relevant informational content (e.g., successful visa approvals, country-specific job market updates, key immigration policy changes) to educate clients and position the firm as a trusted expert in work visa services.Virtual Seminar Hosting: Coordinate and support online information sessions or webinars focused on specific work visa pathways or in-demand occupations, managing attendee registration and conducting post-event follow-up with participants.Relationship Nurturing & Pipeline Management (Making Connections, Tracking Progress):Systematic Follow-up: Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and track lead progress across defined stages in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to uncover a client's precise pain points, professional background, and immigration goals, effectively tailoring the firm's solutions to their specific needs.Hand-off Qualification: Finalize the preparation of qualified leads, ensuring all necessary preliminary data (e.g., current employment status, detailed CV, required skill sets) is collected before a seamless and informed handover to the dedicated Senior Visa Counselors or Case Managers.Educational RequirementsHigher SecondaryBachelor/HonorsExperience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Travel Agent,Immigration and Education Consultancy Service,Tour Operator,Travel StartupFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Job LocationDhaka (Uttara Sector 7)
