The Counselor will conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance and career counseling, and offer support for challenges they face. Daily tasks include maintaining client records, preparing detailed reports, and delivering solutions tailored to their objectives. Close collaboration with internal teams may also be required to ensure effective service delivery and timely support.QualificationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skillsAbility to assess client needs, offer career guidance, and strategize solutionsStrong organizational, time management, and reporting abilitiesEmpathy, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to maintain confidentialityBachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related fieldExperience in counseling, coaching, or a related role is a plusProficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with workplace tools
