Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Counselor will assist students by providing guidance on international educational opportunities, admission processes, and migration requirements. Responsibilities include assessing student goals, providing personalized recommendations, and maintaining communication with educational institutions and clients for smooth facilitation. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to counsel and advise students effectivelyKnowledge of international education systems, admission policies, and migration processesOrganizational and problem-solving skills, including handling applications and resolving queriesProficiency in data management, documentation, and using digital tools for counseling-related tasksFlexible and adaptable to work with diverse clients and an international networkBachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field (or equivalent experience)Fluency in spoken and written English; additional language skills are beneficial
