The Education Counselor will be responsible for guiding students throughout their study abroad journey — from university selection to application processing and visa support. Daily tasks include student consultation, profile assessment, documentation guidance, maintaining communication with partner institutions, and ensuring a smooth and transparent admission process. The counselor will also play a key role in achieving individual and team targets while maintaining excellent student service standards.Qualifications & RequirementsStrong knowledge of international education systems (UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and Europe)Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage student files efficiently and meet deadlinesProficiency in English (both written and spoken)Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in English, Education, or Business)Familiarity with CRM or student management systems will be an added advantage
