Priyanka Vieira, Region Head of Communications & Government Relations- EuropeResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute communication strategies for Sweden in close collaboration with global and European teams and in alignment with the local business priorities and goals.Develop and execute communication plans for branding, content management, social media, and events for Sweden.Manage media relations, respond to public inquiries, write press releases, articles, interviews, and lead crisis communication.Develop business messages and provide management guidance around events such as industry conferences, tradeshows, and employee meetings.Support key events and relationships, in close alignment with the local government relations lead, with government entities, public institutions, trade associations, and advocacy groups.Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and activities, using KPIs to drive continuous improvement and ROI. Ensure communication activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Background & CompetencesUniversity degree in communications, journalism, PR or a related field.8+ years of experience in communications, marketing, media, or content development, ideally with a focus on technology and innovation.People´s person with excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Proven ability to lead cross-functional communication efforts across media, branding, editorial, web, and internal channels.Strong understanding of digital communication and social media strategies.Experience working directly with senior management and external agencies.Strong media relations skills with a deep understanding of the local media landscape. An established network of Swedish media contacts is an advantage.Fluency in Swedish and English with exceptional writing and editing skills.
