As Regional Managing Director, you will acquire exclusive rights for a region in France and play a key role in expanding our brand and supporting franchise partners across the country.What you will doLaunch and lead the French operation under the thexton armstrong brand.Recruit, mentor, and support a network of business consultants across your region.Localise and finetune translations of our academy-, client- and marketing materials to suit the local French marketDrive SME transformation – helping entrepreneurs unlock growth, performance, and long-term value.Develop and execute local business strategies – including marketing, brand awareness, and network development.Collaborate internationally with our senior partners and franchise leaders to share insights and best practices.What you bringExperience and background15+ years in senior management, consulting, or entrepreneurship.A broad leadership background in general management.A strong track record of improving business performance or building successful ventures.Ideally experience with or understanding of the French SME market.Key competenciesStrategic and commercial acumen with a long-term vision.Entrepreneurial drive and ambition to build a business.Leadership and mentoring skills – able to inspire and develop others.Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business owners and decision-makers.Fluency in French and good command of English for international collaboration.Personal attributesIndependent and self-motivated with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.Results-driven, authentic, and relationship-oriented.Financially capable of investing in and scaling a regional business.Why partner with thexton armstrong?Proven framework – over a decade of measurable success with SME clients and franchise partners.Turnkey business model – full training, tools, and launch systems ready to deploy.
