Country General Manager (Igaming)

Our client, a leading global iGaming and online entertainment company, is expanding in Peru and seeking a Country Manager capable of combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership. This is a key role for driving market growth while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities• Lead the company’s operations in Peru with full responsibility for strategy, performance, and local compliance.• Manage all aspects of business setup and legal alignment with Peruvian gaming regulations.• Establish strong relationships with local authorities, payment providers, and key business partners.• Supervise marketing initiatives, localisation efforts, and commercial negotiations.• Provide leadership to finance, legal, and marketing functions in coordination with group management.• Ensure that all corporate, tax, and operational matters are handled accurately and transparently.• Oversee P&L, define budgets, and report market performance to global headquarters.• Support the executive team and owners by securing local compliance and operational efficiency.Requirements• Minimum 5 years in leadership roles within iGaming or sports betting• Deep understanding of the Peruvian market, including regulatory and fiscal environments.• Ability to interact confidently with authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders.• Proven track record of managing marketing, legal, and financial teams.• Strategic yet hands-on leadership approach.• Strong negotiation and communication skills.• Fluent in Spanish and English.Please share your CV, and we will reach out to the shortlisted candidates.
