This is a senior leadership role combining market entry strategy, organisational build-out, investment oversight, and stakeholder engagement within the telecom infrastructure sector.You’ll define TIP’s local footprint, recruit and lead a high-performing team, and ensure the successful execution of our telecom lease acquisition and investment strategy. You’ll also serve as TIP’s senior representative in Norway, building trusted relationships with property owners, regulators, telecom operators, and industry partners.In this role, you will:Develop and deliver TIP’s go-to-market and market entry strategy for Norway, aligned with broader European objectivesLead the establishment of TIP’s legal and operational entity in Norway, including registration, local governance, and compliance frameworksNavigate regulatory, legal, and ESG requirements to ensure all operations meet Norwegian and EU standardsBuild a market intelligence function to track trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developmentsRecruit, onboard, and develop a local team of Investment Development ManagersOversee the lease acquisition pipeline and investment performance across the portfolioPartner with legal, finance, and operations to ensure best-in-class due diligence and risk managementLead complex negotiations and partnerships with key external stakeholdersRepresent TIP at industry events and policy forums, contributing to thought leadership within the telecom infrastructure investment spaceSuccess in your first 12–24 months will mean:A fully operational Norwegian entity with systems, structure, and a high-performing local teamMarket entry strategy executed, and lease acquisition pipeline establishedStrong relationships with key industry stakeholders built and maintainedTIP recognized as a credible and trusted partner in Norway’s telecom infrastructure ecosystemAbout YouYou’re an entrepreneurial, strategic leader who thrives on building and scaling new market operations. You combine commercial acumen with operational discipline and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance in Norway. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and can translate vision into action; building teams, systems, and partnerships that drive long-term growth.We’re looking for someone who has:Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spokenAt least 5 years’ experience in leadership, business development, sales, and negotiationProven experience establishing or managing new business entities in Norway, with a deep understanding of local legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworksDemonstrated ability to navigate Norwegian bureaucracy, manage external advisors, and align with corporate governance standardsProven success in building and leading high-performing commercial teamsA strategic mindset and a hands-on, delivery-focused approachStrong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsExperience in investment, real estate, or telecom infrastructure sectorsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsResidency in Norway with a valid driver’s license and access to a carWhy Join TIP?This is a unique opportunity to lead a market entry and build a new country’s operation within a fast-growing international telecom infrastructure investment platform.
