COUNTRY HR LEADER | DIGITAL FINANCIAL SERVICES | MALAYSIA Our client is a leading regional fintech company, part of a major technology group that is transforming how individuals and businesses access and manage financial services. From digital wallets to credit solutions and payment platforms, their offerings span multiple Southeast Asian markets, empowering millions to transact, save, and grow with ease.As part of their continued expansion, the company is seeking an experienced Country HR Leader to drive and shape human capital initiatives in Malaysia. This role offers the chance to influence people strategy, create and lead a high-performing HR team, and implement programs that enhance the employee experience across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Shape and lead a local HR team to deliver comprehensive HR programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, talent development, performance management, and offboarding.Partner with regional HR and business leaders to adapt global people initiatives for local implementation.Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, compliance, and best-practice HR solutions.Facilitate sensitive or complex conversations, ensuring alignment between business needs and people strategy.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and organizational practices to support growth.Drive initiatives in areas such as culture-building, talent management, and organizational development.Ideal Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.8+ years of HR experience across generalist and strategic functions, with at least 3 years in areas such as talent development, organizational design, or culture programs.Background in fintech, technology, or fast-growth environments is highly desirable.Strong leadership skills with experience in building, motivating, and developing HR teams.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Deep understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and practical implementation of HR policies.Track record of implementing process improvements and HR initiatives that drive tangible business impact.If you are inspired by the challenge of shaping the employee experience and leading strategic HR programs in a fast-evolving fintech environment, we invite you to share your profile in confidence with James Yalung at james@pan-co.sg.PAN & COMPANY PTE LTD 18S9074 | R1544419
