Location: BerlinPosition: Country Launcher GermanyExperience: Minimum 5 years in Saas B2BSalary: 90K + 80K uncapped comissionTHE CONTEXT 💼My client, a fast-growing European startup that revolutionizes customer service outsourcing, is looking for a Country Launcher to lead its growth across the DACH market.They enable companies to easily outsource their customer care with high-quality, scalable, and flexible solutions, empowering brands to focus on what they do best while we handle the rest.Your mission will be to drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, directly collaborating with the CCO to accelerate expansion in the German market. YOUR MISSIONS 🚀Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, targeting decision-makers such as COOs, CCOs, Heads of CX/Ops, and E-commerce Managers within the DACH region.Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a solid sales pipeline using tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and Kaspr, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities to meet growth targets.Demo and Closing: Book and lead high-quality demo meetings with senior stakeholders, deliver tailored presentations, and close deals by addressing pain points and demonstrating the value proposition.Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, maintain accurate forecasting, and regularly report results to the Sales team (monthly, quarterly, and annually).Market Engagement: Represent the company at industry events in Germany and contribute to the development of the go-to-market strategy (persona, USP, and key metrics).Complex Sales Proposals: Respond to tenders (RFI, RFP…) and lead negotiations for complex and strategic deals.YOUR PROFILE✌️5+ years of B2B sales experience, agency, service-based, or SaaS environment welcomeProven track record in complex sales negotiation and closing with senior-level executivesStrong ability to engage with C-level and Head of CX/Ops profiles and build lasting relationshipsAmbitious and fast learner, eager to grow into a Head of Sales role within a year, leading a BDR teamPassionate about sales fundamentals, data-driven decision-making, and continuous performance improvement.Independent and Hunter 👉 If you’re interested in the position or would like to learn more, don’t hesitate to apply 💬😊
