Working closely with regional leadership, you will drive business development across flavors, fragrances and active ingredients, while strengthening the company's market visibility and customer relationships in Thailand.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building from a "blank page" - developing a clear strategy to achieve the group's 2030 vision, enhancing collaboration with distributors, and leading a local team (sales & marketing, customer service, technical) towards sustainable growth. The role will also involve identifying future business opportunities, managing profitability, and potentially relocating the office to a more strategic location with improved facilities and a modern lab.RequirementsWe are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially savvy professional who understands the Thai market and has strong connections within the flavor, fragrance, or ingredient sectors.
