You’ll lead market expansion, ensure regulatory excellence, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.ResponsibilityDrive the Australian market strategy and launch, working closely with global leaders.Shape product, legal, and commercial decisions through sharp market and regulatory insights.Be the external face of the business leading at events, in media, and policy forums.Lead licensing efforts (AFSL, DCE) and ensure smooth, compliant daily operations.Strengthen compliance frameworks (AML/CTF, reporting, training).Build strategic partnerships with payment providers, fintechs, and institutions.Accelerate growth, client traction, and local market adoption.Collaborate with product and marketing to localize offerings and drive impact.Experience7+ years in financial services, cryptoSenior leadership in business development, strategy, or regulatory roles.Deep knowledge of Australian digital asset regulation and licensing.Proven engagement with regulators, policymakers, and legal teams.Commercial acumen in regulated or B2B environments.Successful track record securing licenses (AFSL, DCE, etc.).Strong network across Australian finance and regulatory circles.Does this sound like you?Stand out and help shape the future of digital wealth.
