Updated, electrified, recharged and ready for the future.For more information, please visit our website MG Motor EU www.mgmotor.euResponsibilitiesManage and monitor distributors and dealers to complete the annual sales plan.Implement the sales plan by formulation on-site sales action plans and providing feedback to the problems encountered in the implementation process.Manage and support distributor prices and strategies based on market share and competitive product analysis.Improve the distributors’ network sales capacity.Manage the retail process (leads/test drive/potential customers/order and delivery/sales script).Work with Sales team members and cross functional departments.Prioritize sales and logistics planning experience.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.Minimum of 2 years experience in Automotive industry.Proven track record in business development and key account management.Diverse national customer network experience.Positive leadership skills.Strong communication and motivation skills.High level of personal integrity.Familiar with the use of Word, Excel, PPT, and other common office software.Fluency in English and German required.What we offerA competitive salary depending on experience.Performance-based bonus.Opportunities for personal development.Retirement savings plan.Location The position will be based in Austria.
