Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee our operations in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise-IT or technology-enabled businesses and a proven ability to lead and scale cross-functional teams, including Sales, Pre-sales, HR, Finance, Service Delivery, and Support. This role requires full P&L ownership, OPEX management, and adherence to public company reporting standards, particularly those aligned with SGX or similar regulatory frameworks. The successful candidate will bring operational discipline, strong business acumen, and a track record of delivering results in a dynamic market.Key Responsibilities:Operational & Functional Leadership• Lead operational functions - Presales, Sales, Service Delivery, and ensure smooth collaboration across services functions - HR, Finance, IT within a matrix organizational structure. • Ensure high performance and accountability across all departments through effective leadership and alignment with strategic goals. • Build a strong local team culture that promotes collaboration, execution, and continuous improvement.P&L and Compliance Management • Own and manage the full P&L for Indonesia, including budgeting, forecasting, and OPEX control. • Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with listed company standards (e.g., SGX or equivalent). • Maintain strong financial discipline and transparency aligned with group governance.Business Growth & Strategic Execution • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability. • Identify and pursue market opportunities to expand the business and enhance customer engagement. • Lead local execution of group-level initiatives while adapting to market dynamics.Stakeholder Engagement • Represent the company with key customers, partners, regulators, and industry bodies in Indonesia. • Maintain strong communication with the Group Executive Team to ensure strategic alignment and visibility. • Foster strong cross-border collaboration with regional peers and corporate stakeholders.Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in IT, enterprise software, digital platforms, or technology services.• At least 5 years in a senior role managing multiple functions.• Strong industry relationships combined with hands-on experience in M&A and joint ventures.• Demonstrated track record in full P&L ownership and OPEX control within a listed company or similarly governed environment.• Deep understanding of enterprise technology trends, digital transformation, or IT services.• Proven success in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion.• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead in a cross-cultural and matrixed environment.• High integrity, strong business judgment, and a performance-driven mindset.• Proficient in both the local language and English.
