Your mission: make food rescue the new normal across Ljubljana, Maribor and beyond.WHAT YOU’LL OWNMarket strategy, growth & commercial success – Localise HQ plans, choose launch cities, pitch and close deals with retailers and F&B chains, and smash revenue and activation targets.Operations & team building – Recruit and coach sales, partner-success and marketing squads; refine processes for speed and quality.Financial ownership – Hold full P&L responsibility: forecast, budget and optimise spend to meet burn and profitability goals.Brand advocacy, stakeholders & product insights – Represent Crumbs at events, in media and with regulators; nurture key relationships; channel partner and user feedback to HQ so product and tooling evolve with market needs.YOU’LL THRIVE IF YOU HAVE…5 + years in a high-growth startup, scale-up or tech marketplace leading cross-functional teams.Proven record in B2B/B2B2C sales, business development or general management.Solid command of unit economics, KPIs and data-driven decision making.Fluency in Slovenian and English.Stellar communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.Passion for circular economy, social impact and, of course, great food.EXTRA INGREDIENTS WE LOVE (NICE-TO-HAVES)Network within Slovenia’s retail, HoReCa or food-tech landscape.Experience running multi-city operations or launching new markets.Familiarity with CRM tools and SaaS metrics.Driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationwide.WHAT YOU’LL GETA founder-like role: first hire in Slovenia with real autonomy and influence.Flexible hybrid setup—field, home and occasional HQ days in Zagreb.Budget for learning, conferences and personal development.A team of young, mission-driven colleagues who celebrate every saved meal.Competitive compensation packageReady to turn surplus into opportunity and write the next Crumbs success story in Slovenia?Apply now and let’s rescue food together! 💚Be a hero, save food!
