Country Manager

Our job is to collect data from healthcare professionals and patients for market research purpose.We are the unique fieldwork agency able to offer a local presence in Europe, north America and LATAM under the same company and same standards.The group is a dynamic company made of enthusiastic and flexible teams who work hard to offer a high quality of services.After more than 18 years of existence, Exafield is now well known by market research agencies and we are looking for the right people to fuel our growth: pro-active minds, who are result-driven and have a strong customer satisfaction mentality.Exafield Group is currently seeking a: Country Manager for his Japan office (M/F)In direct collaboration with the group administrative team and with the other affiliate directors, your primary mission will consist of developing and piloting the local activity on the Japan market.Position based in Tokyo, your role will be to organize, coordinate and control the different actions and field suppliers with the objective for quality and with respect to all timelines. In order to assure this mission, you will be responsible for:Commercial Development:Create and participate in commercial strategy,Prospecting for new clients,Establish marketing and commercial actions,Development and follow-up of client portfolio,Responding to RFQs: Evaluation of the feasibility of projects and drafting of proposals.Develop and maintain an image of quality and rigour among clients.Development of suppliers and partners:Develop and manage a network of freelance interviewers / moderators, translators…Management of local suppliers (recruiters, moderators, viewing room facilities…)Management:Develop and manage a small multi-task team (Fieldwork manager, project managers, assistant…) that will increase in the very near future.Manage the recruitment and training of new team members.You have a perfect English, and you have minimum 3 years experience in the collection and/or analysis of data designated for the market research industry; knowledge of the medical or healthcare industry is a real plus.You are motivated by a dynamic environment, in which your reactivity and your sense of organization are essential. Autonomous with an entrepreneur spirit, this position is addressed to a young manager who would like to take on a challenge within a group in rapid development.
