Country Manager (Forex, Nairobi office)

Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Country Manager (Forex, Nairobi office).Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence in Africa regionBuild and manage the team and provide leadership, guidance, and supportMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to make informed business decisionsClosely collaborating with Marketing in order to oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to Africa regionAnalyse performance metrics and financial data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as neededCollaborate with other departments such as compliance, operations, PSPs and and Back Office to ensure seamless business operations in the regionDrive revenue growth and profitability targets for the Africa region through effective sales and business development strategiesDeveloping the region including but not limited to converting leads into clients and acquiring and establishing business relationships with new and existing partnersBuild and maintain solid relationships with prospective partners and proactively work to retain and reactivate clients and partnersCandidate profile:5+ years of experience in the forex / CFD / online trading industry, preferably in a managerial or business development role.Proven track record in IB management, client acquisition, or regional business expansion.Strong understanding of forex trading, financial products, and market dynamics.Established network within the Kenyan trading and financial community.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Fluent EnglishOur offer:Welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadershipAbility to contribute to dynamic business at a growth phaseHigh level of autonomy, support of ideas and putting your expertise into the best practices for the companyContinuous personal development, training budget, growth with the company and opportunity to learn from industry leadersCompetitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemesVibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrationsApply and join a team thats making waves in the financial trading industry!
