Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead the country managers / sales heads and help them to develop and manage different sales channel, agents and distributors across the country. Market development for new product opportunities, tracking market landscape Manage direct global key account. Accomplishes THE COUNTRY sales human resource objectives by communicating job expectations; Achieves THE COUNTRY sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change. Meets THE COUNTRY sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. Discuss with senior management team and Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Defines and implements annual budget plans and tailor effective sales & marketing strategies for the local market to achieve business objectives. Develops both new business and current accounts through business development research to create growth in sales. Coordinates and develops all Departments, to ensure operational & strategic goals are achieved. Produce business performance reports, monthly or quarterly basis. Represents the company externally with government, statutory/regulatory bodies and business partners. Requirements: Degree holder in any discipline, MBA is an advantage.Minimum 10 years of experience in paper & packaging industry, and in senior managerial level.Entrepreneurial spirit and creative mindset. Able to formulate Business Plan and initiate Sales and Marketing activities in line with Brand Strategies and budget.Able to work across a variety of cultural environments. Strong business acumen with excellent numeric sense.Good Communication and Influencing skills.Fast Thinker and Result oriented.Proven record in leading successful teams and businesses. Experience in business turnaround or experience in business integration due to business acquisition will be an added advantage.
