Are you a Senior Sales Executive, with a passion for Renewable Energy?Our client, a well-established Inverter manufacturer, are currently seeking a results driven Country Manager to take responsibility of the Polish market.As Country Manager, you will:Be responsible for the development and execution of Company's strategy in your responsible territory.Build, maintain and develop good relationships with customers through assessment of customers' needs, accompanied by suggestions on suitable products, solutions, and services.Plan and execute sales activities to meet order intake, net sales, and gross margin targets.Prepare quotes and bidding proposals and ensure the accuracy and quality of deliveries.Negotiate contracts with customersTo be considered for the position of Country Manager, you must demonstrate the following skills and experience:Relevant Bachelors Degree (Business Administation/Electrical Engineering/Renewable Energy)Prior Sales & Leadership experienceA technical affinity & deep understanding of Inverter TechnologyFluent in Polish and EnglishIf you are looking for a career change and feel that you meet the above criteria, please apply today!
