On behalf of one of the largest and most respected banks in Poland, we are seeking an experienced and self-driven professional to take on the role of Country Manager, responsible for overseeing and expanding the Bank’s presence in the local market. Key Responsibilities:
Represent the Bank locally, ensuring strong market visibilityIdentify and develop corporate banking opportunities (lending, trade finance, services)Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and authoritiesCollaborate with Head Office on client development and business leadsProvide market insights and strategic input to senior managementOversee marketing, compliance, risk management, and office operationsLead the local team and manage day-to-day activitiesCandidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking, with exposure to large corporate clients and syndicated lendingInternational banking experience will be considered an assetStrong knowledge of banking products, regulatory environment, and foreign trade finance.
