Country Manager Portugal - Beauty Retail

Just K is a fast-growing global Korean Beauty retailer operating through physical and online channels. Just K is expanding and aims to deliver operational excellence and consistent growth across all locations.We are looking for a Country Manager to oversee Just K’s operations in Portugal. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of all stores, achieving sales goals, managing HR and vendor relationships, and maintaining operational standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail operations and people management, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.ResponsibilitiesManage operations across all retail locations in Portugal.Lead, train, and support sales teams to achieve performance and sales targets.Oversee HR matters including recruitment, scheduling, training, and employee relations.Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure product availability and service quality.Monitor financial and operational performance across locations.Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.Report directly to headquarters on key KPIs and operational improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in retail or multi-unit operations management, ideally in the Beauty & Wellness sectorMust be able to travel between stores across the country when needed.Proven leadership and people management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient or native in Portuguese and English (mandatory)Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to grow with an international beauty brand.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
