There has never been a more exciting time to join XPENG — a leader in smart electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions.Responsibilities:Responsible for country P&L and defined KPI’s.Working with regional Managing Director and relevant European and headquarter teams to define strategies and set goals for the company's growth and development in Sweden.Further drive and deliver on our growth ambition through dedicated, detailed gap identification, route-cause analysis and deployment of actions and counter measures when needed.Drive quarterly business plan process development, implementation and ongoing PDCA.Conduct relevant analysis in order to collect further insights, identify opportunities and support fact based decision making.Cascade objectives, targets and tasks to functional heads and the team, and monitor and support to ensure ongoing alignment and achievement.Maintain and build the local eco-system to support the business operations and growth.Responsible for maintenance and development of our sales and service network, to ensure capacity and excellent customer experience. Define and implement clear standards and processes in line with company policy.Establish good relations and communication with key stakeholders – locally, in the region, in Europe and in Chinese headquarters. Actively seeking to build relations, alignment and common understanding.Stay close to the market and customer dynamics and needs via regular visits to retail- and fleet partners.Actively protect and improve vehicle residual value and maximize value chain development and contribution.Establish close and good public relations with media, embassy and other relevant industry operators and stakeholders.Continue to build and develop the local team and talents and ensure high levels of employee engagement.Requirements:Bachelor degree or other relevant educationProficient in Swedish and EnglishRich working experience in the Swedish auto industry in relevant rolesCapable of developing large projects from 0.5 to 1, with rich experience in comprehensive management, and able to coordinate the management of local , local marketing strategies and sales strategies;Good cross-cultural communication and coordination skillsIf you want to be part of shaping the future of mobility and gain real marketing experience in a fast-growing company, we’d love to hear from you.Next steps:To comply with GDPR, we can’t process your personal data without your given consent.
