You will be responsible for leading, managing and expanding all local activities in the e-mobility sector across the country.About Plenitude On the Road S.R.L.Plenitude On the Road is Plenitude’s dedicated company for electric mobility, playing a central role in the transition to sustainable transportation across Europe. We foster continuous learning, value diversity and inclusion and promote flexible work arrangements with a strong focus on well-being and work-life balance.Main responsibilities:Managing the existing charging infrastructure network across Switzerland, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, technical coordination and full compliance with standards. Developing and expanding the network by identifying new strategic sites and negotiating partnerships with property owners, retailers, real estate groups, hospitality operators, utilities, municipalities, fuel stations and other stakeholders. Owning operational KPIs and the local P&L, ensuring profitability and performance across the portfolio of assets. Managing relationships with federal and cantonal authorities, industry associations and strategic partners. Coordinating external suppliers, technical partners and contractors to guarantee efficient operations. Overseeing documentation and processes for tenders, concessions and permitting when required.Skills and experience required:Proven experience in e-mobility, energy, infrastructure or related industries. Strong operational, asset management and financial management capabilities. Strategic mindset with entrepreneurial drive and strong execution skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
