Developing and expanding the network by identifying new strategic sites and negotiating partnerships with property owners, retailers, real estate groups, hospitality operators, utilities, municipalities, fuel stations and other stakeholders. Owning operational KPIs and the local P&L, ensuring profitability and performance across the portfolio of assets. Managing relationships with federal and cantonal authorities, industry associations and strategic partners. Coordinating external suppliers, technical partners and contractors to guarantee efficient operations. Overseeing documentation and processes for tenders, concessions and permitting when required.Skills and experience required:Proven experience in e-mobility, energy, infrastructure or related industries. Strong operational, asset management and financial management capabilities. Strategic mindset with entrepreneurial drive and strong execution skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
