Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including enterprise partners, policymakers, and local communities. Oversee P&L management, driving sustainable growth and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. Represent Uber Eats in media engagements and public events, serving as the face of our brand in Sweden. Lead the expansion into new cities and regions, unlocking opportunities to connect communities with the Uber platform. What You'll Need 10+ years of experience in strategic, operational, or leadership roles, with a demonstrated history of driving impactful outcomes. Strong track record of leading diverse teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, particularly in dynamic and multicultural environments. A strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels. Experience managing P&L and executing growth strategies in competitive markets. Bonus points for experience in customer engagement, external representation of a brand, and navigating high-growth business environments.
