Country Managing Director – Russia

Today, the company has a presence in 25 countries, employs over 8,000 people and manages nearly 700 stores along with 17 digital channels worldwide.We are seeking an experienced Country Managing Director to lead our retail operations in the Russian market. The role will be based in Moscow with full responsibility for the country’s commercial, operational, and strategic performance.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field,Minimum 12+ years of progressive retail, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles,Strong knowledge of the Russian retail market, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment,Proven track record in leading large-scale retail operations and delivering strong financial results,Experience in store expansion, omni-channel strategies, and operational excellence,Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills,Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; knowledge of Turkish is a plus.JOB DESCRIPTION:Lead and manage all operations in Russia, ensuring alignment with Eren Perakende’s global strategy,Oversee country-level P&L, ensuring sustainable profitability and growth,Drive expansion strategies including store openings, digital channel development, and market investments,Ensure seamless collaboration with merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and e-commerce teams,Represent Eren Perakende with key stakeholders, landlords, and local authorities,Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing local leadership team,Ensure compliance with Russian law and regulations,Report directly to the General Manager – International Markets, providing regular updates on performance and opportunities.
