How You’ll Make Your MarkYour main tasks in this role are:You’ll collaborate closely with an assigned country of the ALDI SÜD Group as a strategic Business Partner, ensuring comprehensive data analysis that translates into actionable insights, ultimately enhancing performance and aligning with the Group’s strategic goalsYou'll proactively engage in business performance reviews with country leadership by presenting key findings, discussing implications and collaboratively developing measures for improvement. This proactive engagement will foster alignment on performance initiatives and drives accountabilityYou’ll be tasked to source and rigorously analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop a deeper understanding of market dynamics. This includes identifying emerging trends, assessing opportunities for growth and improvement and discovering potential threats that could impact the country’s performanceYou are expected to manage timely and accurate reporting processes, while overseeing ongoing monitoring and planning efforts for the country’s performance metricAs part of your role, you will analyse and review operational KPIs to provide transparency about the country’s performance, linking these to the Group’s steering relevant KPIs.
