MAAS Travel & Tours Ltd. is looking for Country Sales ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityCountry Sales Manager - Riyadh Air (Bangladesh)The Country Sales Manager is the strategic leader and the face of Riyadh Air in Bangladesh. This role is responsible for launching the brand, building the commercial function from the ground up, and achieving dominant market share and revenue targets. The incumbent will be ultimately accountable for driving sales performance to achieve and exceed target cabin factor for all flights, maximizing profitability across all distribution channels including GDS, NDC, and direct sales.Key Job Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & P&L Management: Develop, implement, and lead the comprehensive country-level sales and marketing strategy. Hold full accountability for the P&L, with a core focus on achieving optimal cabin factor and revenue per flight.Sales Target & Cabin Factor Accountability: Be fully responsible for achieving and exceeding all sales, revenue, and market share objectives. Directly manage and orchestrate all sales activities to consistently meet the target cabin factor, implementing tactical actions when required.Team Building & Performance Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. Set clear KPIs focused on cabin factor contribution, monitor performance rigorously, and foster a results-driven culture of excellence.Key Relationship Management: Forge and maintain strategic relationships with top-tier corporate accounts, major travel agencies, and consortia to secure high-volume contracts that directly translate into stable cabin factor and seat occupancy.Multi-Channel Distribution Strategy: Champion and manage sales performance across all platforms (GDS, NDC, Direct). Ensure channel strategies are aligned and effectively utilized to maximize bookings and fill aircraft capacity.Market Intelligence & Demand Generation: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify demand patterns. Design and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns to stimulate booking and proactively address any risks to achieving target load factors.Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and manage the annual sales budget. Provide accurate, data-driven forecasts and regular performance reports to head office, specifically highlighting progress against cabin factor goals.Brand Representation: Represent Riyadh Air at industry events, enhancing the brand's visibility to drive sales and consideration.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Team Leadership, Target Oriented, Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), Meet timelineExperience RequirementsAt least 10 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline,GSAJob LocationDhaka (Gulshan)
