The Group operates in Europe, Africa and Asia and has more than 1400 enthusiastic employees.SummaryThe Country Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth in equipment sales by strategically managing customer portfolios and expanding market share within the assigned territory. Through strong customer relationships, building trust and innovation, they position BIA as the preferred partner. The Country Sales Manager is also responsible for identifying future business opportunities, analyze market trends, and implement growth-focused sales & marketing strategies. Additionally, he/she builds and leads a high-performing sales organization capable of meeting evolving customer needs and delivering sustainable commercial success.What will be your responsibilities? Develop continuous prospecting strategyLead prospection of the designated market in collaboration with local sales teamsDevelop the client portfolioProvide a monthly report on developments in designated territoryExplore new business prospects with existing customersAnalyse and report on competitors' markets, their products, and commercial offers (including sharing with the team) Maintain & enhance customer care strategy Drive the sales & marketing strategies defined for each Business UnitCultivate and improve customer relationsRegularly visit customers on-site and/or at their HQDevelop and maintain customer records on the CRMDevelop a Cross-Functional Team to ensure cross-departmental collaborationSupervise the offers of Sales Representatives/Account Managers Drive Sales PerformanceAchieve & maximize market share, profitability, and revenue growth targets through KPI achievementCarry out and negotiate equipment offers with customersSupervise and control ordersEnsure that the rules related to financing and control of financial and legal risks established by BIA Group are respected Strengthen Product ExpertiseKeep up-to-date knowledge of manufacturers' equipment to respond effectively to customers' needsEnsure effective distribution of information to the sales representatives to support continuous learning and sales excellence Deliver Insightful ReportingMaintain an updated and accurate Mapping of designated territoryEstablish and regularly follow up on the Order Book, which includes the different offers: in progress, missed, etc.Prepare reports on the status of customers and activities and rolling forecast of salesPrepare Business Performance Review Meetings & other key sales meetings as needed Drive Team ExcellenceFoster close collaboration with operations to take decisive action and support team decision-making when needed.
