ROLE OVERVIEWThe main purpose of the job holder is to achieve growth in the assigned market by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s client base and ensures revenue goals are met. He/She will work together with the company’s local partners and supervise the in-country teams by setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets.Take complete ownership of the sales and revenue budgets for the market and ensure achievement of the same.Build sales pipelines and present proposals – work with pre-sales consultants to pitch hospitality solutions to clients based on their unique requirements.Research industry and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth.Mentor and coach the sales team in planning and achieving their KPIs.Present a realistic proposal to a prospective client, having thoroughly researched cost factors, and ensure that the proposal is achievable.Ensure release of payments from new orders as per SLAConstantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity.Post-sales co-ordination with clients with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.Support and manage relationships with local partners in the market.SKILLSExperience: Minimum of 10 – 15 years’ experience in Enterprise software sales in the Hospitality Industry.Experience with leading IT/Software/ Hospitality companies or OTA Experience is an added advantage.Ability to impact an audience with your strong presentation skills.Experience in managing a team.Effective application of consultative or solution selling techniques.Presents a professional image inside and outside of the organization.Persistently demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward the company, the work, the vision, and the people.Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
