About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Country Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in Vietnam as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in selling financial services products—preferably within NBFCs or tech-enabled financial institutions—with a strong background in Supply Chain Finance (SCF), working capital, and trade finance solutions. Expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) is a must.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive direct sales of financial services products across Vietnam, targeting NBFCs, banks, corporates, and fintech partners.Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in SCF, working capital, and trade finance.Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth solution delivery.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies.Maintain accurate sales records, provide forecasts, and report revenue performance to the Regional Sales Director.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 10 years of sales experience in financial services, ideally within NBFCs or tech-driven financial firms.In-depth knowledge of SCF, working capital, and trade finance products.Hands-on experience with LOS and LMS platforms.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Fluent in English; Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Key CompetenciesStrong business development and client acquisition capabilities.Deep understanding of Vietnam’s financial services landscape.Results-driven and self-motivated.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
