Product Manager

About the RoleA good candidate will have a track record of strong product and project management and experience working within an Agile framework.

Core ResponsibilitiesWork with business partners to identify opportunities and define goals for various initiativesPlay a key role in articulating detailed requirements and acceptance criteriaCoordinate across business, user experience and technology teams to drive deliveryPrepare detailed specifications and supporting documents to guide development teams as needed, including assisting in designing and reviewing test casesMeet deadlines and communicate delays in a timely mannerCollaborate with other teams within the organization on project work and to further best practicesKey Responsibilities10+ years of experience in a product management, business analyst, product owner, or user experience roleExperience in an Agile setting writing user stories, acceptance criteria, epics and organizing the backlog according to the overall roadmapStrong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders to understand the business and gather requirementsHighly detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasksSelf-motivated, with a high level of initiativeAbility to work efficiently and independentlyProficiency in MS Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

)Skills DesiredA degree in computer science, business or related fieldsExperience at an investment bank or other leading financial services firmsComfort working with ambiguity, managing and resolving complex issuesUser Experience design background including designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms. Proficiency in industry standard UX design tools (e. g. , Figma, Sketch, Axure, Balsamic) and the ability to create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design functionality and gather user feedback. Experience in developing wireframes, prototypes (low-fidelity and high-fidelity), and user flows to visualize and test design concepts. Visual Design & Information Architecture:

Develop and maintain information architecture (site maps, navigation structures) to ensure content is organized and accessible. Apply established firm provided design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across platform & products. Experience with SQL.
