Designer - Digital AdsLocation: RemoteType: Full-timeCowboy Colostrum is on a mission to bring high-integrity, best-in-class wellness to the forefront - starting with colostrum.  We’re looking for a Designer - Digital Ads to help us create thumb-stopping ads for Meta, TikTok, and beyond. This role is ideal for a designer who knows how to balance scroll-stopping creativity with data-driven clarity. You'll work closely with our growth team to rapidly test new visual concepts, iterate on top-performers, and develop a strong visual language for our paid channels.

What You'll DoDesign static and animated ads for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other performance channelsEdit and assemble short-form video ads using influencer content, UGC, and motion graphicsCollaborate with the growth and creative teams to execute and iterate on creative briefsInterpret performance data and feedback to improve creative effectivenessHelp build and refine a creative testing library and versioning systemWhat We're Looking For2 - 4+ years of experience in digital design (in-house, agency, or freelance)Strong portfolio of direct-response ad creative (DTC experience a major plus)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere)Strong eye for typography, layout, and pacing in social-first contentUnderstanding of what makes creative perform on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, test-and-learn startup environmentBonus If You HaveMotion graphics or lightweight animation skills (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, etc. )Experience editing UGC and repurposing influencer contentExperience with tools like Figma, Canva, or Creative Automation platforms
